As part of Exidor's trusted 300 series, this single-door panic bolt combines the proven function of a traditional push bar with advanced vertical Pullman latches for improved two-point locking at the top and bottom of the door. Crafted to meet BS EN 1125 standards for panic hardware, the Exidor 311 guarantees quick, effortless escape in emergencies — simply push the horizontal bar down to withdraw both the vertical shoot bolts and Pullman latches at once, enabling immediate escape even in crowded situations. The Exidor 200/300 Series of escape hardware consists of a vertical bolt, rim latch, and mortice night latch operator. Each product is operated by a push pad (EN179) or horizontal bar (EN1125), which, when pushed in a downward arc, withdraws the locking element, releasing the door for immediate egress.

*Certifire approves the Exidor 200/300 series for use on timber and steel doors to EN 1634-1: 2000. The rating will depend on the certification of the fire door. It is essential to realise that the hardware is required for the first part of the test until the door is sealed into the frame. After this period, the fire door is then responsible for sealing off the area.
