UK MAINLAND (EXCEPT SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS)
Orders placed online before 3.00 pm Monday - Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) will be delivered the next working day*. Orders placed by 'phone before 3.45 pm Monday - Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) will be delivered the next working day when stock is available. We use FedEx for all standard UK 'next working day' deliveries. FedEx aims to deliver between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.
Delivery will be charged @ £12.00 net per consignment where the total goods value is <£100.00 net. Where the total goods value exceeds £119.99, delivery is free. Where exceptional circumstances apply, additional charges may be incurred, and deliveries will be made by prior arrangement and agreement. See also EXCEPTIONS below.

SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS, ISLES & ISLANDS (INCLUDING ISLE OF MAN & CHANNEL ISLANDS) AND NORTHERN IRELAND

Orders placed by 'phone before 3.45 pm Monday - Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) will be delivered within three working days when stock is available. We use FedEx for all such deliveries. FedEx aims to deliver between 8.00 am - 6.00 pm.
Delivery will be charged @ £40.00 net per consignment where the total goods value is <£500.00 net. Where the total goods value exceeds £499.99, delivery is free. Where exceptional circumstances apply, additional charges may be incurred, and deliveries will be made by prior arrangement and agreement. See also EXCEPTIONS below.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (INCLUDING REPUBLIC OF IRELAND AND EU27 COUNTRIES)
We cannot accept direct online orders for any destination outside the United Kingdom of Great Britain & Northern Ireland. We ask that orders be placed via email, and you will be contacted about the best route for delivery. All export freight will be chargeable.
EXCEPTIONS (ONLINE ORDERS)
Where lower value orders are placed, i.e. <£20.00 net goods value, we may, at our discretion, employ Royal Mail's Tracked 24 Service and delivery charges will be adjusted accordingly.
PALLETIZED DELIVERY
Where goods are necessarily palletized for ease of handling, we will contact you to establish available facilities at the destination, such as pallet and forklift trucks.
ORDER TRACKING
Tracking information will be provided via email, usually on the day of despatch but by noon the following working day.
