Delivery (UK & International) | Door Hardware Online

UK MAINLAND (EXCLUDING SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS, SCOTTISH ISLES & ISLANDS, ISLE OF MAN, CHANNEL ISLANDS AND NORTHERN IRELAND 

Orders placed online before 3.00 pm Monday - Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) will be delivered the next working day*. Orders placed by phone before 3.45 pm Monday - Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) will be delivered the next working day* when stock is available. We use FedEx for all standard UK 'next working day' deliveries. FedEx aims to deliver between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.

Delivery will be charged @ £7.50 net per consignment where the total goods value is less than £20.00. Delivery will be charged at £15.00 net per consignment when the total goods value exceeds £19.99 but is less than £150.00 net. Where the total goods value exceeds £149.99 net, delivery is free. Where exceptional circumstances apply, additional charges may be incurred, and deliveries will be made by prior arrangement. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (INCLUDING THE REPUBLIC OF IRELAND AND EU27 COUNTRIES)

We cannot accept direct online orders for any destination outside the United Kingdom of Great Britain & Northern Ireland. We ask that orders be placed via email, and you will be contacted about the best delivery route. All export freight will be chargeable. 

EXCEPTIONS (ONLINE ORDERS)

Where lower-value orders are placed (i.e., <£20.00 net goods value), we may, at our discretion, employ Royal Mail's Tracked 24 Service, and delivery charges will be adjusted accordingly. Where delivery addresses are in the excluded zones mentioned above, i.e. Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles and Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland, we will charge a minimum of £40.00 per consignment when the total goods value exceeds £19.99 but is less than £300.00 net.

PALLETISED DELIVERY

Where goods are necessarily palletised for ease of handling, we will contact you to establish available facilities at the destination, such as pallets and forklift trucks.

ORDER TRACKING

Tracking information will be provided via email, usually on the day of dispatch, but by noon the following working day.
