Digital Lock (Levers) - Less Lock Case.

• Rebate Kits - Two-part rebate kits are available for rebates @ 12.5mm with certain sash lock or night latch choices
• Extended door kits - The default specification suits doors to 65mm thick. Thicker doors can be accommodated for special orders. 

* The passage function is available as standard but does not need to be installed if not required. The passage function must be installed to secure 30-minute fire certification on timber/mineral-based door sets (see below).
** Neither the lock case nor the cylinder are provided with this item. 

Use the Keylex 700 series on all standard duty, high-security external door installations and on any door where a flexible Euro profile key system is required. Always choose the K2100K option for military, police and fire service installations. The narrow stile Keylex 700 design, with its built-in clutch mechanism protecting the lock furniture, will suit all stile widths down to 45mm and is particularly suited for use on aluminium and hollow metal door sections. The Keylex 700 will give many years of service if specified and maintained correctly.

Fire certification is valid only when used with the following lock cases:

5420.60.R.SS Sash Lock 60mm Backset - Radius Forend & 5420.60.S.SS Sash Lock 60mm Backset - Square Forend

The minimum intumescent protection for these lock cases shall be 1mm thickness Interdens Mono Ammonium Phosphate Intumescent to all faces of the lock case, also behind the forend and strike plate. Specify 5400.1MM.INTERDENS Intumescent Pack for Briton 5420 Lock Case. Additionally, you will require the K700.1MM.INTERDENS Intumescent Pack for Keylex 700.

Standard Duty/High Security 

This version is best suited to standard duty situations on external and internal doors where a high level of security is a requirement with a Euro profile key override facility.
