The Briton 378.SE push-bar rim latch is a high-quality, surface-mounted panic exit device designed for maximum safety and compliance in public and commercial buildings. This reversible push bar rim panic latch features single-point latching and meets EN 1125 standards, making it suitable for emergency exit doors where panic situations may occur. Engineered for doors up to 1300mm wide, the Briton 378.SE offers easy installation, can be reversed on-site for left or right-handed use, and includes an anti-thrust mechanism to improve security. Suitable for fire and smoke doors up to 2 hours on timber, it is ideal for busy environments such as schools, hospitals, shops, and offices.

The Briton 370 Series of escape hardware consists of a vertical bolt, rim latch, and mortice night latch operator.
