International Customers - Unfortunately, we cannot accept online orders. When ordering from overseas (i.e. outside of the United Kingdom), please send your order via email to e: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will process all international orders manually and advise the correct procedures, including carriage/freight charges based upon best available rates. Duty and local taxes may be payable, dependent upon the destination and origin of the goods. If you prefer we can hold your order for collection by a carrier of your choice.
Order Receipt/Delivery Acceptance
We use Federal Express for most orders. We issue tracking numbers against each online order or via email requests -
If there is no one to receive your Federal Express items, a card will be left with a number for you to call to rearrange delivery. By default, Federal Express will attempt another delivery the next working day. Where deliveries include missing or damaged items, please indicate accordingly on the receipt. If you are not available to accept delivery of your shipment, your courier may leave you a delivery attempt notice with information on when the next delivery attempt will be made. If you need more information about a package, please call Customer Service.
Palletized bulk consignments will be delivered via various logistics providers usually on a 2/3 day service.
We endeavour to hold stocks of most items shown on this web site. If items are out stock then we will inform you that this is the case. Often, out of stock items are available within 2 to 3 working days from order acceptance. Where this is not the case the lead time from our manufacturing partners is usually no more than 16 days hence.
